CERAMIC OBJECTS
My intention was to design objects that would have a high-fired stability and at the same time an optical lightness.
The violet object for example consists of 37 individual pieces connected to each other by means of garnish.
These were built up piece by piece to a 44 cm oval tower.
The particular challenge for me was to give this object its intended formal shape, at the same time avoiding that it sinks in during the
work or looses its form during the firing.
